How long does it take for delivery?
When you order from our website, we ensure that the order gets processed within 24 hours and gets delivered within the delivery time of the product, mentioned on the product page.
Can I have my stuff delivered on a particular day?
We strive to deliver products purchased from LCOVE.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. However, we can’t commit on the same.
For furniture products we charge shipping on each product purchased according to the following table.
For Products between Rs. 10,000/- and Rs. 25,000/-
For Products greater than Rs. 25,000/-
The shipping cost is based on the selling price at LCOVE.com and will not change on application of discount coupons.
Can I open the Card on Delivery parcel before making the payment?

How can I track my order?
Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. You can also track your order by clicking on the option Track Order that appears in the left hand side of our homepage. Can I return the order to the courier agent and take my cash back from him?

Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Yes, you will be asked to sign a delivery form, in which you confirm that the product(s) was delivered in the correct condition (without obvious defects or damage).
How can I find out if LCOVE.com delivers to my PIN Code?
Once you click on any product, on the right hand side there is a tab stating Check delivery estimate for your pin code. You can enter your pin code in that tab and find out whether we deliver in your area and the expected delivery time for your product.
What if I am not home when my package arrives?
Our shipping partner will leave a notice at your address notifying you of an alternative delivery or pick-up arrangement.
My items haven't arrived yet. What can I do?
Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery from the day you received the order confirmation. Your order status is updated to you via emails at every step. What is the minimum size of project, that you undertake for providing solutions?
For the specialized orders, we solicit at least 100 units, but at the same time we have some standard products, which can be installed on normal retail orders also.
What is the lead-time for execution of orders?
For retail customers, if the products are available, space enhancing solutions can be provided within 30days time period. For the larger projects, the lead time is normally 90 days.
What is the minimum possible size of Home where we can install LCOVE Furniture?
LCOVE furniture can facilitate a room of 300sq ft to a 2BHK apartment with most smart amenities

All furniture of LCOVE are fitted with the globally best quality mechanisms, which can be operated by even a 10 years old child.
Is there any chance of these furniture falling down suddenly while operating?
These furnitures are designed to sustain its weight at all possible angles, hence no chance of falling uncontrolled.
Can they be shifted to any other place?
Each product can be de-installed quickly and can be packed and transported to other locations and installed again.
What is the Warranty for the mechanism?
We provide 5 years warranty for the mechanism. They are tested for 20000 cycles for performance and hence can be easily used for more than 10 years.
Can the other parts be changed?
Yes: All other parts can be changed too. We maintain the spares of all parts.

Our Sofa sets are all made-of Solid wood frames, and international quality mechanisms to provide best comfort, ergonomy and durability
How long the Sofa sets can be used?
Our Sofa sets are fit to be used for more than 10 years too in indoor conditions. The upholstery leather are tested for 10000 cycles, which is equivalent to 5 years of usage.
